Happy Belated Pawlidays

    This started out as part of an Adobe 9-Day Photo Challenge last month. Anna Daviscourt led us through winter themed holiday cards. I liked this little guy (from Pixabay) so much that I used him again for Pixel Fight Club Continues.  The overlay of ornaments, ribbons and greenery was the starting image, also from Pixabay. I made the background from a dark green base layer and 6 textures from Adobe Paper Texture Pro at varying blend modes. I used a scatter brush to add the snowflakes. The frame & tree image is from AdobeStock. I added a hue/saturation adjustment layer to tone down the too red, too bright bricks.  As I look at it today, I see that the reflection for the dog may be a bit too intense, compared to the tree and candy. Sigh . . .
